Ali Raad

Ali founded Raad Properties in 1999 and began a career in property ownership, development and management. He has been a resident of Thurston County since the early 1980s. Educated at a Lebanese University and at St. Martin’s University, his professional background is in engineering. As an engineer, both on public and private projects, he has acquired a vast knowledge of real estate and project development experience.

Ali built his first building in 1999. Since that time he has built two commercial office buildings in downtown Olympia, and bought two others. Other acquisitions include residential apartments and parking lots. Ali is currently serving his community through his membership in local clubs. Ali believes communities are made stronger through living, working and giving in our local areas.

Ali is married with three children, and one grandchild.

Renee Pacana

Renee joined Raad Properties in 2005 after ending a 31-year career in public service for the great State of Washington.

In the early 1980s Renee became a licensed real estate agent in Thurston County and found she really enjoyed the work. Though a part-time sales associate, she always planned to return to real estate upon retirement from the state.

As the Business Manager for Raad Properties she is the face of the company. Renee handles all aspects of commercial and residential property management. She serves as a liaison between the principal owner, vendors, tenants, and prospective tenants.

Since moving here in 1974, Renee has volunteered in the community. She currently serves on the Board of the YWCA of Olympia as its Vice President.
