Raad Properties has been serving Thurston County since 1999 and represents a diverse mix of real estate holdings. Today Raad Properties owns and manages over 100,000 square feet of office space among four (4) commercial office buildings; one (1) retail space); a multi-family residential apartment complex; and two (2) parking lots providing 120+ parking spaces.
